Job Title: Clinical Data Team Lead

Work Environment: Office

Experience Required: 2+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM), with exposure to study management, data review, and cross-functional coordination.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.

Salary Package: ₹8–14 LPA (Estimated as per current market standards; final package depends on experience, skills, and location.)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Clinical Data Management activities for assigned clinical studies.

  • Support or act as Lead Data Manager for one or more projects.

  • Apply study protocols and ensure compliance with CDM guidelines.

  • Coordinate with Project Leads, clients, and cross-functional teams.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and study files.

  • Perform quality reviews of data management deliverables.

  • Develop and conduct study-specific training for project teams.

  • Prepare project status reports and monitor study metrics.

  • Assist in bid preparation and business development activities.

  • Forecast project effort, identify resource needs, and manage scope changes.

  • Mentor junior Clinical Data Management team members.

  • Support administrative and financial aspects of assigned projects.

  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality completion of all data management activities.
