Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Chart Reviewer (CCR) to join a leading US healthcare clinical services organization. The role involves reviewing patient medical records, identifying potential conditions, and contributing to value-based care initiatives by analyzing comprehensive patient data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clinical evaluation, risk assessment, and patient care gaps in the US healthcare context.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review longitudinal patient medical records and provide clinical opinions on potential conditions based on symptoms, medications, lab results, clinical notes, social and family history, and other relevant data.

  • Understand US value-based healthcare, including patient risk factors, chronic conditions, comorbidities, and factors driving healthcare utilization.

  • Conduct thorough evaluation of patient documents to identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care, and other evidence of risks or disease progression.

  • Ensure accurate and consistent documentation of findings to support clinical decision-making and patient care optimization.

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to standardize and scale review processes and services for clients.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • MBBS qualification with a clinical understanding of patient evaluation, disease patterns, and risk assessment.

  • Knowledge of US healthcare practices, chronic disease management, and value-based care concepts is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and observational skills to identify gaps in care and potential risks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, adhering to timelines and quality standards.


Work Schedule

  • Full-time, day shift

  • On-site at Navi Mumbai office (Airoli SEZ)
