💡 Job Overview

As a Clinical Content Analyst, you will combine your clinical or coding expertise with payment policy to support a growing client base. You will be responsible for medical policy assessment, coding validation, and research coordination to ensure accurate and up-to-date payment policy decisions.

📌 Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Payment Policy Library with US Research Medical Directors.
  • Review State Medicaid policies in collaboration with Client Medical Directors.
  • Address research queries related to medical policy and claims edits.
  • Support quarterly & annual policy updates.
  • Work on global & specialty policy reviews.
  • Ensure quality & productivity benchmarks are met.
  • Collaborate with remote teams across the US and India.

🎓 Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, BDS); Diploma/MD preferred.
  • Cleared all major exams (SSC, HSC, Degree) in the first attempt.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Practical clinical experience in hospitals or nursing homes is preferred.
  • Experience in US Healthcare (billing, coding, health plan operations) is a plus.
  • ICD-10 coding knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel.

🕒 Job Demands

  • Ability to work in different shifts, including night shifts.
  • Comfortable working in a matrix organization with remote teams.
