The Clinical Research Coordinator to Home-Based CRA position at Medpace is a great opportunity for professionals with at least one year of Clinical Research Coordinator experience to transition into a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) role. Through Medpace's PACE® Training Program, you'll gain the necessary skills to become a fully functional CRA, with the flexibility to work remotely and the chance to earn travel bonuses.

Responsibilities:

  • Site Visits: Conduct qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits to research sites, ensuring compliance with the approved protocol.
  • Site Communication: Interact with medical site staff, including coordinators and clinical research physicians.
  • Verification: Ensure proper investigator qualifications, resources, and facilities; verify research source documents against case report form data.
  • Monitoring: Conduct risk-based monitoring (on-site and remote), identify site deviations, and take corrective actions to ensure compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Review regulatory documents and manage adverse event reporting, along with investigational product accountability.
  • Patient Recruitment: Assess and improve patient recruitment and retention strategies at research sites.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health or science-related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
  • Travel: Ability to travel 60-70% nationwide; some visits may be remote.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
