Job Summary:

Medpace is hiring a Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to lead global clinical research studies in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic Disease (CVRM). This office-based role in Mumbai requires managing clinical trials, ensuring project timelines, and coordinating cross-functional teams. If you have clinical trial experience in the Asia-Pacific region, this is an excellent opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as project lead for multi-service global clinical trials.
  • Manage study timelines, deliverables, and sponsor interactions.
  • Oversee clinical monitoring, study start-up, regulatory, contracts, safety, and medical monitoring.
  • Support business development by attending bid defense meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (Master’s/PhD preferred).
  • At least 2 years of clinical trial management experience in the Asia-Pacific region, ideally in a CRO environment.
  • Experience in Cardiovascular, Renal & Metabolic Disease (CVRM) studies is required.
  • Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment.
