Job Description:
IQVIA is hiring a Clinical Trial Psych Rater (Hindi Speaking) to support psychiatric assessment quality and data reliability in clinical trials. This remote, part-time position requires fluency in both English and Hindi, with approximately 10–16 hours of work per month. The role involves reviewing rater-administered assessments, interacting with raters for training and calibration, and ensuring adherence to standard clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate psychiatric rating scales and assessments to ensure standardization and data consistency.

  • Interact with raters via live discussions to review scoring techniques and provide guidance.

  • Conduct mock interviews and functional performance evaluations of raters.

  • Support preparation and communication of trial-related materials.

  • Participate in orientation, calibration, and training activities.

  • Ensure timely documentation and submission of all assigned tasks.

  • Use tools such as EQ-5D-5L (Interviewer & Proxy 1 versions) and mRS in evaluations.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum Master's Degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work. PhD, MD, or DO preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience administering psychiatric assessments or structured clinical interviews.

  • At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.

  • 3+ years of experience administering rating scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate research).

  • Preferred experience in CNS trials.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client interaction.

  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Fluency in Hindi and English (required).

  • Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
