Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) – Required

  • Master’s Degree (MBA) – Preferred

  • Juris Doctor (JD) – Preferred

  • Ph.D. – Preferred


Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry, specifically in compliance, legal, or audit


Job Overview / Responsibilities

1. Compliance Policies & SOPs

  • Develop, maintain, and update global Compliance policies and SOPs.

  • Serve as primary advisor on applicability of policies to all colleagues.

  • Lead annual policy review and update process; identify need for new policies/SOPs.

  • Draft and circulate communications on new/revised policies in collaboration with Corporate Communications.

  • Collaborate with other control functions (HR, Finance, IT) regarding policies/SOPs alignment.

2. Compliance Training Program

  • Operate and maintain Amneal’s global Compliance training program.

  • Develop and launch training across multiple formats to reinforce policies, SOPs, and corporate compliance culture.

  • Train colleagues across functions and equip others to provide training where appropriate.

  • Explore cost-effective ways to improve training program effectiveness.

  • Maintain centralized compliance training records.

3. Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD) Program

  • Lead and manage the global third-party due diligence program.

  • Serve as primary point of contact for global colleagues regarding TPDD operations.

  • Run preliminary reports on potential third parties and advise on risks and mitigation.

  • Distribute external due diligence questionnaires when needed.

  • Provide training on due diligence SOPs and review platform usage.

  • Working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidance affecting pharmaceutical compliance (e.g., OIG Compliance Program Guidance, PhRMA Code, CIA trends, Open Payments, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statutes).

  • Experience developing compliance program policies, governance structures, and controls in line with OIG and DOJ guidance.
