Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Omnichannel Operations Manager to lead the operational execution of integrated, compliant, and scalable omnichannel marketing programs within the life sciences and pharmaceutical domain.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, digital platforms, data governance, and technology, translating omnichannel strategy into flawless execution across platforms such as Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, CLM, VAE, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and associated analytics and consent-management systems.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations leader with strong governance, quality assurance, and cross-functional coordination capabilities, capable of owning the end-to-end operational lifecycle of omnichannel campaigns.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Build & Execution

  • Build, configure, and deploy email campaigns and customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Upload, package, and activate CLM and VAE content within Veeva CRM

  • Configure metadata, targeting logic, version control, and content associations

  • Ensure analytics readiness, tracking, and tagging accuracy prior to campaign launch

Platform Integration & Data Operations

  • Maintain data mapping across Veeva, SFMC, OneTrust, and analytics platforms

  • Manage segmentation logic, consent frameworks, suppression rules, and data extensions

  • Identify and resolve data flow and integration issues in collaboration with IT and platform teams

Operational Readiness & Governance

  • Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational best practices

  • Oversee the full content lifecycle from approval to deployment and retirement

  • Own Brand Portal governance, taxonomy standards, and content organization

  • Manage omnichannel production, deployment calendars, and release schedules

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Conduct comprehensive QA reviews for campaigns, assets, and journeys

  • Validate rendering, responsiveness, links, tracking, and tagging across channels and devices

  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and external partners

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the operational liaison between marketing, strategy, IT, affiliates, and vendors

  • Translate campaign plans, customer journeys, and brand strategies into operational requirements

  • Train and support teams on omnichannel platforms, tools, and workflows

Measurement & Optimization

  • Ensure analytics and reporting frameworks are correctly implemented

  • Monitor live campaigns to identify risks, issues, and optimization opportunities

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and operational ways of working


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing operations, CRM operations, or digital marketing operations

  • Proven hands-on expertise with Veeva CRM, CLM, VAE, Vault, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, consent management, and GDPR-compliant processes

  • Demonstrated experience managing QA, governance, documentation, and operational workflows

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences brands

  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and digital performance measurement frameworks

  • Experience working in global, matrixed, or agency environments
