Job Overview
The Coordinator will support operational and administrative activities related to audit management, stakeholder coordination, and documentation processes. The role involves working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audits, reporting activities, and compliance-related processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with third parties, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of audit activities.

  • Monitor audit processes, track competence reports, and follow up on action plans.

  • Maintain and regularly update documentation, records, and operational data.

  • Use internal digital tools and systems to support audit and compliance activities.

  • Provide timely analysis, reports, and relevant information to support team operations.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A., B.Sc., BCA, or equivalent) from an accredited institution.

  • 0–3 years of relevant experience in coordination, administration, operations, or related roles.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within defined timelines.
