Job Summary

Labcorp is seeking a Clinical Publishing Coordinator to support clinical documentation and publishing activities. The role involves creating, modifying, and managing clinical study-related documents while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and guidelines

  • Complete mandatory trainings within required timelines

  • Perform daily tasks ensuring quality and productivity standards

  • Create and modify:

    • Clinical Investigator Manuals

    • Requisitions

    • Other project-related documentation as per Statement of Work (SOW)

  • Ensure timely completion of translation of project documents

  • Collaborate effectively with team members for documentation delivery

  • Escalate issues appropriately when required

  • Perform other duties assigned by management


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Science

  • At least 6 months of experience in clinical research or related industry
