Job Overview

Medpace, a globally recognized Contract Research Organization (CRO), is expanding its clinical research operations and is seeking a detail-oriented Data Coordinator to join its Data Management team in Navi Mumbai, India.

This office-based role is ideal for professionals looking to build a long-term career in clinical data management within a fast-growing, international CRO environment. The Data Coordinator will play a critical role in maintaining data quality, supporting electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and ensuring accurate, timely clinical trial data across global studies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Track, monitor, and maintain key metrics related to clinical data status within Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems

  • Perform clinical database cleaning activities, including generation, tracking, and resolution of data queries and clarifications

  • Reconcile clinical trial data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency

  • Support ongoing data management activities, including documentation and departmental operational support

  • Collaborate with internal data management teams to ensure compliance with data quality standards and timelines


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, or a related discipline

  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word


Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Experience:

    • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management or clinical research environments

  • Preferred Experience:

    • Hands-on experience with clinical databases and EDC systems, preferably Medidata Rave

    • Working knowledge of medical terminology and clinical research processes
