Your Role:

As a Data Management Associate, you will support data cleaning, assist with data management plans, and ensure system compliance. You will gain hands-on experience in clinical trial data management while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing data cleaning procedures and maintaining EDC queries (Electronic Data Capture) with supervision.
  • Developing data management tables, listings, plans, and validation documentation.
  • Responding to EDC help desk requests from sites and sponsors.
  • Assisting with database validation specifications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for study databases.
  • Participating in team and sponsor meetings, including taking and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Supporting vendor data management and Project Management requests.
  • Ensuring compliance with 21 CFR 11 when maintaining system user access.

Your Profile:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or IT-related field (advanced degrees are preferred).
  • Experience: 0-1 years of experience in data management, database administration, or clinical research.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
