Job Summary

Labcorp is hiring a Data Management Assistant II for its Bengaluru team. The role focuses on maintaining and managing clinical laboratory data, including laboratory tests, test codes, reference ranges, units, and result information within clinical databases.

The position requires strong attention to detail, data accuracy, documentation skills, and the ability to work with global laboratory teams to support high-quality clinical data management operations.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Database Management

  • Create, update, and maintain:

    • Laboratory test information

    • Test codes

    • Reference ranges

    • Measurement units

    • Result comments

    • Related clinical database records

  • Ensure high accuracy and completeness of laboratory data.


Data Validation & Quality Control

  • Perform validation and verification of database updates.

  • Ensure:

    • Data integrity

    • Accuracy

    • Consistency

    • Compliance with established procedures

  • Maintain proper documentation for:

    • Database changes

    • Activities performed

    • Decision records


Laboratory Data Research & Analysis

  • Research laboratory test data requests and modifications.

  • Analyze data requirements and implement appropriate database updates.


Stakeholder Collaboration

Work with:
