Qualification

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Medical Sciences or equivalent degree.

  • Fluency in English.

Job Description

  • Medical Information Handling: Responsible for handling medical information inquiries in English and ideally one other language in which you are fluent.

  • Call Management: Receive and answer calls from individuals requiring medical services or clarifications regarding Medical Entities, Medical Devices, Vaccines, or Cosmetics.

  • Requirement Understanding: Understand the callers' requirements and provide precise information during inbound/outbound calls.

  • Multi-tasking and Customer Service: Work efficiently by multi-tasking and demonstrating good customer service skills by providing necessary information on products.

  • Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls if the adverse information is incomplete, contacting the reporter/enquirer to obtain all required information.

  • Response Preparation: Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external customers, including healthcare professionals and patients. Assist pharmaceutical clients' internal departments with queries where required, including acting as a call handling agent as part of the Medical Information dedicated call center.

  • Research and Collaboration: Prepare responses to inquiries based on research in the literature and collaboration with physicians both internally and with pharmaceutical client internal departments, if applicable.

  • Out-of-Hours Service: Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 inquiry handling service.
