Role Summary

The Executive – Atharv Ability role is responsible for clinical coordination, patient care supervision, and physiotherapy team support. The position focuses on ensuring quality rehabilitation services, guiding junior physiotherapists, and improving patient outcomes through structured, goal-based care. Key Responsibilities

1. Clinical Coordination & Patient Care

  • Act as a link between team leader, junior physiotherapists, and patients

  • Monitor patient care delivery and ensure quality standards

  • Provide teleconsultation and home-based care support

  • Participate in clinical decision-making and goal setting

  • Track patient progress at regular intervals

2. Rehabilitation & Outcome Management

  • Facilitate recovery through structured, goal-based physiotherapy care

  • Ensure improved functional outcomes for patients

  • Maintain focus on patient-centric rehabilitation planning

3. Team Leadership & Supervision

  • Lead, motivate, and influence junior staff

  • Supervise junior physiotherapists in daily clinical activities

  • Develop and supervise clinical protocols for junior physiotherapists

  • Maintain patient records, progress reports, and assessments

  • Support publication of research articles
