Job Overview
The Executive – QA plays a critical role in ensuring product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across manufacturing and distribution processes. This position is responsible for implementing quality systems, conducting inspections, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Systems & Compliance
Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with ISO, GMP, and company standards
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal quality policies
Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Quality Inspection & Audits
Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods
Perform internal audits to identify non-conformances and ensure compliance
Monitor supplier and manufacturing quality standards
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze quality metrics and identify trends for process improvements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
Prepare and present quality reports with key performance indicators
Issue Resolution & CAPA
Investigate customer complaints and internal quality issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Production, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle
Support new product development and process optimization initiatives
Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field
1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within FMCG or manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), GMP, and regulatory standards
Hands-on experience in audits, inspections, and root cause analysis

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in QA tools, documentation, and reporting systems
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment
