Executive / Senior Executive – Pharmacovigilance Training

Location: Navi Mumbai, India


Job Overview

The Executive / Senior Executive – PV Training role is responsible for managing pharmacovigilance and non-pharmacovigilance training programs across global teams. The role ensures training compliance, maintains learning systems, and supports development of training processes, documentation, and SOPs within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.


Qualifications

  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm / BAMS / BHMS


Experience Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry

  • Experience in managing training-related activities (PV and non-PV)


Key Responsibilities

A. Training Management (PV & Non-PV)

  • Manage training programs for:

    • Employees

    • Subsidiaries

    • Global partners

    • Vendors

  • Ensure delivery of pharmacovigilance and compliance training content


B. Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  • Manage e-learning platforms and training portals

  • Monitor system functionality and training assignments

  • Ensure timely completion of assigned training modules


C. Training Compliance Monitoring

  • Track and report training compliance status

  • Identify gaps in training completion and follow up with stakeholders

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal training requirements


D. Documentation & Quality Control

  • Perform cyclical review of training documents and records

  • Maintain accurate training documentation and audit-ready files

  • Ensure proper version control and archival of training materials


E. Process Development & Improvement

  • Contribute to development of training processes, tools, and methodologies

  • Support updates to SOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), and Working Practices (WPs)

  • Provide input for continuous improvement of training systems


F. Impact Analysis & Compliance Strategy

  • Conduct impact analysis for PV training compliance strategies

  • Evaluate effectiveness of training procedures and processes

  • Support regulatory readiness through structured training governance
