Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Freelance Account Supervisor to join our dynamic healthcare communications team. This role is ideal for a professional with strong client management experience in pharmaceutical advertising, who thrives in fast-paced, high-visibility projects while fostering meaningful client and team relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers and Planners to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted source for tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business insights.
Draft and secure approval for project briefs and ensure smooth onboarding for new client requests.
Lead pre-kickoff meetings and oversee project initiation to align team and client expectations.
Manage client budgets in partnership with Planners, ensuring financial accountability and project efficiency.
Guide creative teams in delivering innovative, on-brand solutions that meet strategic objectives and maintain GSW-W quality standards.
Facilitate effective team communication, prioritization, and collaboration across projects.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in a pharmaceutical advertising agency.
Proven ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, sales, therapeutic areas, product science, and competitive landscape.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with Veeva PromoMats is a plus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Compensation:
Anticipated hourly rate: $45–$55/hr, based on experience, skills, and role proficiency.
