Job Title: Freight Processor (Entry-Level, Remote)

Location

This is a full-time, remote position. Candidates must be located in Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Kentucky, Georgia, Mississippi, or Alabama.

Salary

Starting at $11.00/hr.

Role Overview

As a Freight Processor, you'll be responsible for accurately entering data into client systems, researching Bills of Lading, and processing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Full training will be provided after hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter information into client systems and process accounts.
  • Research and verify Bills of Lading.
  • Maintain acceptable rate and quality standards to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Assist in training new employees and be open to receiving constructive feedback.
  • Be willing to cross-train in other departments to meet company production commitments.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance training.
  • Participate in overtime as required by company policies.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required.
  • High attention to detail.
  • High-speed internet is required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
