Job Overview

ICON Strategic Solutions, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its growing pharmacovigilance team. This home-based role in Mexico offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin a career in drug safety and pharmacovigilance within a globally recognized organization.

As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will support post-marketing and clinical safety activities by assisting in adverse event data collection, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance, while receiving structured training and mentorship.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the collection, review, and processing of adverse event and safety data in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and internal SOPs

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of safety information

  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and updating of pharmacovigilance documentation, including SOPs and safety management plans

  • Participate in ongoing training programs to build knowledge of global pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements


Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline

  • 0–1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, clinical research, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment

  • Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts and regulatory guidelines is desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
