Job Overview
ICON Strategic Solutions, a global leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, is seeking a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its growing pharmacovigilance team. This home-based role in Mexico offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to begin a career in drug safety and pharmacovigilance within a globally recognized organization.
As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will support post-marketing and clinical safety activities by assisting in adverse event data collection, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance, while receiving structured training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
Support the collection, review, and processing of adverse event and safety data in compliance with pharmacovigilance regulations and internal SOPs
Assist in the preparation and submission of safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely communication of safety information
Contribute to the development, maintenance, and updating of pharmacovigilance documentation, including SOPs and safety management plans
Participate in ongoing training programs to build knowledge of global pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related discipline
0–1 year of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, clinical research, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a team-based environment
Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts and regulatory guidelines is desirable but not mandatory (training will be provided)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
