About the Role
As a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate, you will be joining the world’s largest and most comprehensive clinical research organization, powered by healthcare intelligence. This role partners with a pharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing treatments that improve and save lives.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process safety events (premarketing, post-marketing, medical device, and drug).
Conduct literature reviews to identify safety information for products.
Generate and verify data listings from safety databases.
Maintain and review safety tracking systems and project files.
Perform clinical and diagnostic safety data reviews.
Attend project meetings and teleconferences.
Respond to and process medical information inquiries and product complaints.
Submit expedited SAE reports, periodic reports, and other safety information to relevant stakeholders within specified timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in health sciences.
Experience in pharmacovigilance, including safety intake, assessment, and regulatory reporting in Brazil, LATAM, or globally.
Based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Knowledge of company policies, safety databases, and standard software (MS Office).
Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance processes.
Advanced proficiency in English.
