About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all types of safety events, including Serious Adverse Events (SAEs)

  • Perform literature surveillance and safety data retrieval

  • Handle medical information calls and associated documentation

  • Reconcile adverse events and quality complaints across data sources

  • Draft written and/or phone-based follow-up communications

  • Track and support sample returns for quality complaints


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health, or related field

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, and solve problems independently

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Familiarity with medical terminology, coding systems, and computer applications (Windows, MS Office)

  • Previous experience in pharmacovigilance or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
