Role Overview

The Health Operations New Associate will support end-to-end healthcare and life sciences operations with a focus on Membership and Regulatory Operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in healthcare operations, life sciences regulatory support, and global submissions management.

The role involves managing membership-related activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting regulatory documentation, and assisting with electronic submissions across global healthcare markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support membership-related operations, including applications, renewals, and cancellations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records to ensure data integrity and compliance

  • Enhance member satisfaction through effective communication, engagement, and issue resolution

  • Coordinate documentation and resources required for global regulatory filings

  • Support electronic regulatory submissions, including:

    • Original application filings

    • Lifecycle management submissions (CMC, amendments, annual reports)

    • Ad-promo submissions

    • Structured Product Labeling (SPL) submissions

  • Follow defined processes and guidelines to resolve routine operational issues

  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate task completion

  • Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational timelines

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields preferred)

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, life sciences support, or regulatory operations

  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure are encouraged to apply
