Role Overview
The Health Operations New Associate will support end-to-end healthcare and life sciences operations with a focus on Membership and Regulatory Operations. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in healthcare operations, life sciences regulatory support, and global submissions management.
The role involves managing membership-related activities, maintaining accurate records, supporting regulatory documentation, and assisting with electronic submissions across global healthcare markets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support membership-related operations, including applications, renewals, and cancellations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records to ensure data integrity and compliance
Enhance member satisfaction through effective communication, engagement, and issue resolution
Coordinate documentation and resources required for global regulatory filings
Support electronic regulatory submissions, including:
Original application filings
Lifecycle management submissions (CMC, amendments, annual reports)
Ad-promo submissions
Structured Product Labeling (SPL) submissions
Follow defined processes and guidelines to resolve routine operational issues
Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate task completion
Adhere to quality standards, compliance requirements, and operational timelines
Skills & Competencies Required

Education & Experience Requirements
Any Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, or related fields preferred)
0 to 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, life sciences support, or regulatory operations
Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure are encouraged to apply
