Job Summary
Accenture is hiring a Health Operations New Associate for its Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) team in Navi Mumbai. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience to gain expertise in healthcare claims processing, prescription drug programs, and healthcare operations. As part of a global professional services leader, you will support digital transformation in healthcare and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Process and administer healthcare claims, including registration, editing, and verification.
Evaluate and examine claims to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Support third-party administrators in managing prescription drug programs.
Assist with formulary maintenance, pharmacy contracts, and negotiation processes.
Solve routine operational problems based on established guidelines.
Work under supervision as an individual contributor with a defined scope of work.
Collaborate with team members to deliver superior operational outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Any Graduation (B.Sc., B.Com., BA, or equivalent).
Experience: 0–2 years (freshers can apply).
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of healthcare operations or pharmacy benefits is a plus.
Core Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication (English – Intermediate level).
Strong client relationship-building abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
