Key Responsibilities

Product Promotion

  • Promote the vaccine portfolio in the assigned territory in alignment with the marketing strategy.
  • Maintain a high level of product and medical knowledge, adhering to the Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC).
  • Leverage knowledge during interactions with clients to enhance engagement and understanding.

Territory Management

  • Analyze the assigned territory to achieve sales objectives and identify growth opportunities.
  • Continuously monitor progress and adjust action plans to meet targets.
  • Manage the promotional budget based on current needs and situations.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key healthcare professionals and customers.
  • Provide timely, tailored promotional activities that align with the Territorial Business Plan and quality objectives.
  • Ensure product availability in pharmacies by collaborating with the Sales Team and monitoring on-ground conditions.

Reporting & Market Monitoring

  • Monitor and report market conditions and competitor activities to supervisors.
  • Provide timely reporting of activities and expenses per established schedules.

Compliance and Ethical Standards

  • Follow company procedures and regulations, ensuring activities align with applicable laws.
  • Uphold Pfizer's values and contribute to the "One Pfizer" culture by communicating and embodying company objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects and tasks assigned by supervisors as needed.
  • Effectively utilize virtual tools for communication and interaction in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Proven track record of achievements in previous roles.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of medical products and therapeutic areas to conduct promotional activities.
  • Basic English proficiency and advanced computer skills (MS Office and communication platforms).
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B) with driving experience.
