Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Manager – Clinical Data Management to join its global Clinical Data Management team. This leadership role offers an excellent opportunity to manage project teams, oversee clinical data management operations, and contribute to global clinical research programs supporting leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Clinical Data Management professionals.
Oversee staff recruitment, onboarding, performance management, coaching, and professional development.
Manage project resource allocation and workforce planning.
Ensure project deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
Monitor team compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and quality standards.
Support study and portfolio operations with a strong focus on quality.
Participate in developing and implementing clinical data management processes, procedures, and training programs.
Review and approve timesheets, leave requests, expense reports, and overtime.
Collaborate with senior management to improve operational efficiency and project delivery.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in Clinical Data Management.
Minimum 1+ year of leadership or people management experience.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and directly related experience may also be considered.

Salary Package
