Role Overview

We are seeking a Knowledge Analyst to ensure that service management processes are supported by high-quality, accessible knowledge. You will focus on knowledge management, continuous improvement, AI adoption, and innovation to enhance AstraZeneca’s service delivery and employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Knowledge Management

  • Identify gaps in knowledge content and implement initiatives to close them.

  • Monitor Knowledge Quality Index and maintain/improve quality thresholds.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize knowledge content and processes.

Continuous Improvement

  • Track and analyze knowledge management metrics (feedback, ticket deflection, content views).

  • Identify trends, gaps, and remediation opportunities in knowledge bases.

  • Partner with business functions to drive accountability for knowledge content.

AI Adoption & User Support

  • Drive adoption of AI technologies and processes for knowledge management.

  • Support the myAZ service team in knowledge-related incidents.

  • Integrate new sources of knowledge across functions.

Innovation

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in AI-driven knowledge management.

  • Implement forward-looking approaches and new use cases for knowledge management.


Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in service-focused knowledge management.

  • Platforms: Experience with ServiceNow Knowledge Management or similar tools.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of taxonomy, metadata, and ontology concepts.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
