Indegene is hiring a Lead – Clinical Data Programming professional to guide a team of data programmers in managing end-to-end programming activities for clinical trials. The role is ideal for candidates with 5–7 years of experience in clinical data programming, proficient in CDISC, SDTM, and tools like SAS, R, Python, and SQL. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of clinical data programmers.
Oversee database development, validation, and programming activities.
Ensure timely delivery of data programming outputs across clinical trials.
Collaborate with Data Management, Biostatistics, and IT teams for data integration.
Maintain compliance with CDISC, SDTM, and global regulatory guidelines.
Drive continuous process improvements and provide technical training.
Troubleshoot programming and database-related issues effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in clinical data programming.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Hands-on experience with SAS, SQL, R, and Python.
Proficient in EDC systems and CDISC standards (SDTM/ADaM).
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to guide team members in a dynamic environment.
Working knowledge of regulatory and industry data standards.
