Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client calls to understand process-specific quality requirements

  • Devise and implement strategies to achieve quality targets in consultation with management

  • Identify and report high-efficiency inspection errors

  • Provide daily feedback (in-person and via email) on error types and corrections

  • Support error correction by operations associates

  • Coach staff to reduce errors and boost performance

  • Provide feedback to training teams on recurring errors

  • Assist in testing files/batches for new clients and processes

  • Generate daily QA reports and track SLA attainment

  • Meet or exceed metrics like inspection efficiency, calibration, knowledge scores, and productivity

  • Maintain error records for organizational use


Job Specification:

  • Strong experience in client/stakeholder management and team leadership

  • Good understanding of quality metrics and tools

  • Practical knowledge of healthcare RCM standards and inspection protocols
