Job Description:
The Lead – Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and overseeing training programs to enhance workforce performance and capability. The role requires managing training strategies, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational talent development initiatives. The position involves close coordination with leadership to align training objectives with business goals and ensure measurable results in workforce productivity and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
