  • Leading Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement initiatives

  • Managing quality metrics, reporting performance to senior management

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing quality-related concerns

  • Mentoring Six Sigma Yellow Belt candidates

  • Managing project implementation including planning, stakeholder engagement, toll gates, and benefits tracking

  • Supporting documentation and training for quality processes

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
