  • MBA or Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development & Sales:

    • Identify new business opportunities in Clinical Trials and pharmaceutical collaborations.
    • Generate and qualify sales leads to drive business growth.
    • Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base.
  2. Sales Planning & Structuring:

    • Plan and manage sales activities related to clinical trials.
    • Structure business development approaches to meet company goals.
  3. Proposal & Documentation:

    • Write business, research, and technical proposals.
    • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and business proposal requests.
  4. Bid Management:

    • Participate in bid defense meetings to secure contracts.
    • Negotiate client contracts and close deals effectively.
  5. Corporate & Industry Engagement:

    • Manage corporate meetings, exhibitions, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
    • Maintain strong client relationships by providing support, information, and recommendations for new opportunities.
  6. Market Analysis & Strategy:

    • Track market and technology trends to explore new business prospects.
    • Deliver on annual business and revenue targets.
