Primary Responsibilities

✔️ Provide high-quality team-based patient care under direct clinician supervision
✔️ Maintain a safe & friendly patient environment
✔️ Perform & document vital signs, intake assessments, and patient history updates
✔️ Assist with exams, screenings, wound care, and specialty procedures
✔️ Administer vaccines & medications per proper protocols
✔️ Conduct phlebotomy, lab sample collection, and processing
✔️ Manage patient follow-ups, prescription refills, referrals, and medical forms
✔️ Support chronic disease management in pediatric patients

Key Qualifications

📌 Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
📌 MA Diploma/Certification required OR 1+ years of MA experience
📌 Active BLS certification required
📌 Valid Driver’s License (for travel to office locations as needed)
📌 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a healthcare setting preferred

Strong interpersonal & customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in EHR systems
Knowledge of medical safety, terminology & immunizations
Critical thinking & emergency response skills

Work Environment & Physical Demands

🏥 Direct patient care in a clinical setting
🚗 15%-20% travel to other locations (reimbursement per company policy)
