About the Role

GSK is inviting motivated and ambitious women professionals to join its India sales force as Medical Business Associates. This field-based role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in pharmaceutical sales with one of the world’s leading UK-based biopharmaceutical companies.

The position focuses on driving ethical promotion and demand generation of GSK medicines while maintaining a strong patient-centric and compliance-driven approach. Candidates will work closely with healthcare professionals to support appropriate prescribing within approved indications.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote GSK medicines to Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) in alignment with approved indications and company policies.

  • Develop, manage, and grow an assigned sales territory to maximize prescription demand.

  • Achieve call targets with a focused approach on priority and high-value HCPs.

  • Conduct product detailing and scientific discussions with doctors and physicians.

  • Organize and deliver effective product presentations and in-clinic engagement activities.

  • Build strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders to enhance brand presence.

  • Ensure accurate reporting, territory planning, and time management to meet sales objectives.


Education & Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science stream or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm).


Experience Required

  • 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field roles.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a clear interest in medical sales are encouraged to apply.

  • Prior experience in doctor networking or field sales will be an added advantage.
