Job Summary
EVERSANA is hiring a Medical Content and Review Specialist to support the end-to-end Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process for leading pharmaceutical clients. This fully remote role is perfect for professionals experienced in scientific writing, Veeva Vault PromoMats, and regulatory content review. Key Responsibilities
MLR Process Oversight
Manage end-to-end MLR review process for a dedicated pharma client
Schedule, lead, and document Review Committee meetings
Enter live discussion notes and scribe detailed meeting minutes
Ensure submissions follow internal and FDA compliance protocols
QC final documents vs approved content
Support FDA Form 2253 submissions in coordination with Regulatory Reviewers
Medical Content Support
Assist with project planning and content development
Upload materials into Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms
Annotate and anchor references in promotional/non-promotional materials
Project Management Support
Support Medical Affairs and Information teams with planning and tracking key initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or related fields
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company or healthcare agency
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats / MedComms
Exposure to MLR review, scientific writing, or medical content management
Strong project, meeting, and time management skills
Excellent communication and documentation skills in English
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
