Premier Research is seeking a Medical Director / Senior Medical Director (Dermatology) to join its Medical Affairs team. In this role, you will contribute to advancing biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma innovations that bring new treatments, devices, and diagnostics to patients. The organization emphasizes scientific impact, collaboration, and professional growth in a flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical oversight and safety monitoring across assigned clinical projects

  • Develop and guide clinical development strategies, including protocol design and regulatory submission support

  • Offer strategic medical and scientific leadership to cross-functional project teams

  • Support business development activities, including RFP review, client engagement, and strategic input in meetings

  • Review and provide expert feedback on scientific and medical documents, including medical writing deliverables

  • Mentor and train internal teams, providing therapeutic and clinical guidance to enhance operational performance

Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with:

  • A medical degree with board certification in Dermatology (required)

  • Strong expertise in Dermatology and clinical development (preferred)

  • Prior experience in a CRO environment (beneficial but not mandatory)

  • Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and team development capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Minimum annual base salary (Senior role): $200,000 USD (actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, and experience)
