Role Overview:
We are looking for a Medical Information Associate to lead Dr. Reddy’s Medical Information Strategy and processes, focusing on overseeing the product information database for the US and Canada. The position will require collaboration across departments, maintaining quality content, and ensuring regulatory compliance to meet the growing medical information needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: Create scientifically sound documents, such as Medical Response Documents, to address customer inquiries and support medical objectives.
  • Collaboration with MICC: Provide guidance and training for the Medical Information Call Center (MICC) to handle escalated inquiries.
  • Product Access Support: Assist in the development and review of medical content for external customers, ensuring compliance with medical objectives.
  • Post-Launch Activities: Participate in product launches by ensuring preparedness for medical information queries, including FAQs and launch documents.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance) to maintain an accurate product information database and support cross-functional needs.
  • SOP Maintenance: Ensure compliance by maintaining Medical Information SOPs and vendor training processes.
  • Emerging Trends: Identify and share emerging medical trends and marketplace issues, enhancing the company's approach to medical information delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements: Pharm D (Doctor of Pharmacy).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in medical information management or medical affairs.
  • Skills:
    • Technical: Expertise in medical writing, communication, and regulatory compliance.
    • Behavioral: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
