Job Responsibilities:
Provide approved responses to medical inquiries from external US customers (healthcare professionals, patients, pharmaceutical clients) including call handling
Accurately identify, document, and report adverse events, pregnancy-related events, product quality complaints, and other special situation events within required timeframes
Track and document all medical information inquiries within the Medical Information database
Participate in the out-of-hours provision of medical information for clients who have contracted a 24/7 inquiry handling service
Provide management with regular updates on project status and metrics concerning inquiries
Assist in departmental regulatory inspection preparedness for the company’s pharmacovigilance system and actively participate in PV inspections or audits
Required Qualifications:
Life science/bio-medical background (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, nursing)
Customer service or call center experience preferred
Comfortable receiving inquiries via phone
Ability to work US working hours/shifts
Willingness to perform out-of-hours service if required
Strong time management, issue management, delegation, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Advanced English skills (both verbal and written)
