Position Overview
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Haematology & Oncology serves as a trusted scientific partner responsible for engaging healthcare professionals, thought leaders, and key healthcare stakeholders through high-quality scientific exchange.
This field-based role focuses on advancing scientific understanding, optimizing medical practice, supporting evidence-based treatment decisions, and facilitating appropriate adoption of BMS therapies within Haematology and Oncology.
The MSL is expected to spend approximately 60–70% of their time in the field, engaging external stakeholders and gathering actionable medical insights.
Role Purpose
The primary objective of the Medical Science Liaison is to:
Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Thought Leaders (TLs), and Healthcare Professionals (HCPs).
Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific information.
Support safe and effective use of BMS therapies.
Generate medical insights that inform strategy and decision-making.
Contribute to medical education, research, and patient advocacy initiatives.
