Job Responsibilities:

Record patient medical history, symptoms, and previous diagnoses.
Document physician's findings, follow-up instructions, and prescribed treatments.
Transcribe verbal orders and medical dictation (laboratory tests, medications).
Create and maintain EHR/EMR system records.
Coordinate between healthcare providers, patients, and professionals.
Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a medical or pharmaceutical-related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical Virtual Assistant, Medical Documentation, or a related field.
Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
Strong understanding of medical terminologies and practices.
Proficient in EHR/EMR systems with the ability to troubleshoot issues.
Familiar with healthcare privacy regulations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Tech-savvy, familiar with current technologies like cloud services and VoIP.
Able to work during graveyard shifts.

Technical Requirements:

USB headset with noise cancellation feature.
Working webcam.
Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with 4GB RAM.
Internet speed: at least 25 Mbps for the main connection and 10 Mbps for backup.

Salary Package:

Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500.
Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 45,000.
Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 50,500.
