Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated MR Clinical Application Specialist to support the successful implementation, training, and optimization of Magnetic Resonance (MR) imaging solutions within healthcare organizations. The role focuses on educating healthcare professionals, enhancing clinical workflow efficiency, and ensuring effective utilization of advanced MR technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to support hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers in maximizing the value of MR imaging systems and clinical applications.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Application Training & Education

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs on MR imaging systems, clinical applications, and workflow optimization.

  • Customize training plans based on customer requirements, clinical practices, and user proficiency levels.

  • Develop instructional materials, user guides, training manuals, and educational resources.

  • Conduct on-site and remote training sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations.

Clinical Workflow Optimization

  • Assess existing clinical workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

  • Provide recommendations to optimize imaging protocols, application usage, and operational performance.

  • Support healthcare providers in integrating MR technologies into daily clinical practice.

  • Assist customers in achieving improved productivity, image quality, and patient outcomes.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, technologists, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted clinical advisor for customers utilizing MR imaging solutions.

  • Provide ongoing application support and user guidance.

  • Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of user satisfaction.

Technical & Clinical Support

  • Troubleshoot application-related and workflow-related issues.

  • Assist customers in resolving technical and clinical usage challenges.

  • Escalate complex issues to technical support and engineering teams when required.

  • Ensure smooth adoption and utilization of MR systems and associated software applications.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all activities comply with:

    • Clinical protocols

    • Healthcare regulations

    • Company policies

    • Industry standards

  • Maintain accurate documentation of:

    • Training sessions

    • Customer interactions

    • Support activities

    • Clinical feedback

  • Track customer progress and identify areas requiring additional support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with:

    • Sales Teams

    • Clinical Specialists

    • Service Engineers

    • Product Management

    • Marketing Teams

  • Share customer insights and feedback to support product improvements and business growth.

  • Contribute to customer success initiatives and implementation projects.

Required Qualifications

Education

One of the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in:

    • Radiology

    • Medical Imaging Technology

    • Biomedical Engineering

    • Life Sciences

    • Healthcare Management

    • Business Administration

    • Related Healthcare Discipline

OR

  • Diploma / Vocational Education with relevant clinical applications experience.
