We are seeking proactive and versatile professionals for the role of IT Product Operations Manager within our growing team in India. As an IT Product Operations Manager, you will co-lead complex, globally deployed software solutions alongside a Product Manager and Tech Lead. You will be responsible for ensuring stable operations, user support, and the overall excellence of the software product.

Core Skills and Capabilities:
We have several open roles with specific skills required:
Visualization and Analytics: Familiarity with tools like Tibco Spotfire or similar visualization platforms. Experience with AWS, ITSM, and SQL is a plus.
Research Data Portal: Strong understanding of scientific data and proficiency in Python and SQL.
Sample Shipping and Compliance Logistics: AWS experience and scripting skills are required.
Automation System Integration: Experience with cloud services and Enterprise Service BUS systems.
Screening Workflows: Familiarity with Java, Python, or other programming languages and proven end-user support experience.
New Modalities and Innovation: Strong organizational skills and experience with QA testing.
Study Management and Logistics: Knowledge of biosafety, animal, and human research software solutions is preferred.
RX Collaboration: Familiarity with Atlassian Confluence and Microsoft M365 collaboration solutions.
RX Operations: Experience in application support and ITSM guidelines is required.
