As part of its U.S. expansion, Dozee is seeking a highly motivated Nurse Account Manager to lead clinical implementation, drive adoption, and strengthen healthcare partnerships in San Antonio, Texas.


Role Overview

The Nurse Account Manager plays a strategic clinical and operational role, bridging healthcare delivery with advanced remote monitoring technology. This position ensures successful deployment, clinical protocol implementation, stakeholder engagement, and ongoing account performance optimization within assigned healthcare facilities.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a background in skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital settings who is passionate about healthcare innovation and AI-enabled patient safety.


Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management & Implementation

  • Lead account transition from sales to clinical operations.

  • Coordinate device installation, replacements, and technical onboarding with internal teams.

  • Conduct daily device health monitoring and troubleshoot operational issues.

  • Develop and implement standardized clinical protocols aligned with facility needs.

  • Drive structured project implementation and ensure timely go-live execution.

2. Clinical Training & Adoption

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for nursing staff, administrative teams, and housekeeping personnel.

  • Educate stakeholders on product usage, alert management workflows, and new feature adoption.

  • Promote sustained engagement and technology utilization within facilities.

3. Patient Monitoring & Clinical Governance

  • Support physician-led tele-onboarding of new patients.

  • Manage alert acknowledgment, validation, and escalation protocols.

  • Conduct monthly clinical data reviews with nursing leadership.

  • Perform bi-weekly patient visits and maintain accurate documentation within the RCM platform.

4. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and present monthly Clinical Governance Reports to facility leadership.

  • Participate in weekly operational reviews with the Zonal Account Manager.

  • Ensure adherence to compliance standards, documentation protocols, and activity logs.

  • Monitor and report competitive insights within assigned accounts.


Required Qualifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.

  • 3–6+ years of clinical experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or post-acute settings.

  • Strong understanding of patient monitoring workflows and care escalation protocols.

  • Proficiency in healthcare technology platforms and electronic health records (EHR).

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, technology-driven healthcare environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) systems.

  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and data security standards.

  • Project management and cross-functional coordination experience.

  • Exposure to AI-driven healthcare technologies or digital health solutions.
