Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Officer – Medical Imaging to support clinical trial imaging and data management activities. The role involves reviewing, processing, and managing clinical trial images, ensuring high-quality data capture, and compliance with study protocols and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter clinical trial data into data collection systems accurately.

  • Conduct quality control and review of clinical trial images, including OCT, FFA, CFP, CT/MRI, and other imaging modalities.

  • Review clinical data from CRFs, eCRFs, reports, or data listings as applicable.

  • Assist clinical sites with uploading clinical images and ensure adherence to image acquisition guidelines.

  • Train site personnel on imaging protocols and data management procedures.

  • Support data analysis, database lock, and study closeout activities.

  • Manage queries related to imaging and clinical data.

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data collection and transfer systems/tools.

  • Perform ongoing clinical and medical review of assigned patient data and documentation.

  • Ensure data quality, audit readiness, and compliance with clinical standards and system validations.

  • Contribute to guidance on data capture requirements in line with study protocols.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in clinical trials or clinical optometry.

  • Experience working in a Central Reading Center is preferred.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Optometry, or at least 2 years of practical experience in clinical optometry.
