Job Overview

We are hiring an Operations Analyst to join a high-impact Operations team supporting US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows. This role focuses on resolving claims and operational tasks while ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiency across healthcare processes.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven, with hands-on exposure to healthcare RCM functions and a strong interest in operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned tasks related to US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, including claims resolution and operational workflows

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks in accordance with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • Maintain high-quality service delivery and contribute to continuous performance improvement initiatives

  • Accurately document task details, maintain operational logs, and ensure audit readiness

  • Identify process gaps and support efforts to improve efficiency and reduce operational waste

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve desired service and business outcomes


Team Overview

The Operations team is responsible for executing critical workflows that support healthcare technology platforms and services. The team works closely with customers and internal stakeholders to drive operational initiatives across clinical and revenue cycle systems, leveraging platform intelligence to improve product capabilities and service delivery.


Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification

  • 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced operations or healthcare environment

  • Prior exposure to US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is required


Preferred Domain Knowledge & Skills

  • Experience in Charge Posting, Remittance Processing, and Remittance Tracking

  • Knowledge of Denial Management and end-to-end revenue cycle workflows

  • Strong attention to detail and process adherence

  • Ability to analyze operational issues and support resolution

  • Good communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and compliance
