Job Summary:
Sitero, a leader in clinical services and software solutions for the life sciences industry, is seeking a skilled Operations Associate II for its Service Delivery team in Bangalore. This hybrid role focuses on site and patient payments within clinical trials, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with GCP and SOP standards, and exceptional stakeholder service. Support operational implementation and management of investigator payment services.
Maintain vendor, site, and Principal Investigator (PI) records, including bank setups and user management.
Analyze clinical trial agreements, study protocols, and contract budgets.
Assist in payment transactions, invoicing, batch processing, settlements, and query resolution.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
Participate in project meetings from initiation to study closeout.
Review and update SOPs related to site and patient payments.
Contribute to process improvement and product enhancement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology/software development (preferred).
3–5 years of experience in operations or investigator payments.
Strong background in invoice processing, contract entry accuracy, and transaction management.
Knowledge of clinical trial processes (highly desirable).
Proficiency in MS Office and strong documentation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
