Job Summary:

The Patient Concierge Project Manager will oversee and deliver patient-focused clinical services within global clinical research studies, ensuring compliance, financial tracking, issue management, and stakeholder communication across multiple concurrent projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver a portfolio of global patient concierge projects.

  • Ensure GCP and SOP compliance and regulatory readiness.

  • Serve as primary liaison between Illingworth and clients.

  • Lead project documentation development and updates.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors including nursing and logistics.

  • Monitor project budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and change orders.

  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and contingency plans.

  • Maintain communication and lead project meetings and documentation.

  • Guide site engagement and service uptake.

  • Provide project-specific training and team oversight.

  • Maintain accurate study information across trackers and databases.

  • Lead project feedback and lessons learned sessions to inform continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of project management experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical research or healthcare-related experience.

  • Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial regulations.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new technologies.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

  • Customer service orientation and delivery-focused mindset.
