Salary: $142,300 - $168,800 DOE (Higher for highly experienced candidates)

With 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, we offer a wide range of services including medical, dental, pharmacy, behavioral health, and much more. Our holistic model of care extends to offering shelter, nutritional counseling, and mobile medical/dental clinics, ensuring comprehensive support for our community.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: $142,300 - $168,800 DOE (with higher rates for highly experienced candidates).

Essential Functions/Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Provide patient care services such as Drug Utilization Review, Patient Counseling, Medication Therapy Management, and Collaborative Drug Therapy Management.
  • Prescribe drugs or devices in accordance with state statutes and Drug Therapy Management Protocols.
  • Monitor laboratory tests and provide oversight of pharmacy personnel.
  • Ensure the security of the pharmacy and compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Maintain active licensure and stay current with pharmacological knowledge through continuous education.
  • Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D preferred).
  • Licenses: Current Oregon State Pharmacist License.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in community or ambulatory pharmacy practice. PGY-1 or PGY-2 residency experience is equivalent to 2-3 years of experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of community pharmacy practice, drug therapy, inventory management, and state/federal pharmacy laws. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy software systems.

Additional Requirements:

  • Drug testing for controlled substances before employment and throughout employment.
