Role Overview
As a Pharmacovigilance Services New Associate, you will support the management of the Affiliate Mailbox, reconciliation of reports, and perform written follow-ups for both serious and non-serious adverse events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Affiliate Mailbox and process incoming reports.
Reconcile reports according to defined processes.
Perform written follow-ups for Serious and Non-serious cases.
Solve routine problems using established precedents and general guidelines.
Interact primarily with your team members and direct supervisor.
Follow detailed to moderate instructions for daily work and new assignments.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy / B.Sc. Nursing / Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Experience: 1–2 years in pharmacovigilance or related healthcare fields
Skills Required:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to follow structured processes and guidelines
Team collaboration and adaptability
