About the Role:
Accenture is hiring Pharmacovigilance Services New Associates to join its Life Sciences R&D vertical. This is a foundational role in drug safety surveillance, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. You'll be part of a team that manages and processes Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) in compliance with global regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle affiliate mailbox management and ensure timely reconciliation of reports.

  • Perform case identification, data entry, MedDRA coding, case processing, submission, and follow-up activities for ICSRs using client-specific safety databases.

  • Ensure all tasks align with client guidelines and global pharmacovigilance regulations.

  • Collaborate primarily with your team and supervisor, following structured instructions.

  • Solve routine issues by referring to established guidelines and precedents.

  • Work in rotational shifts as per project requirements.

Required Skills:

  • Good understanding of Pharmacovigilance Operations and Drug Safety Surveillance.

  • Proficiency in English (International) – written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with medical terminology and MedDRA coding is an advantage.

  • Willingness to work in a highly regulated, documentation-driven environment.

Qualifications:

  • BSc or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
